The CIT Committee

                                                         

Recently, our founder, Arran came up with a new idea.He wants to bring together people from different sections of the community, sothey can come up with ideas on how to improve the server. This new committee willbe called the CIT Committee. The committee meetings will take place in thechannel #conference on CIT IRC server, where committee members discuss andvotes about their opinion on various ideas. The committee conferences will be heldpublic, this means that everyone can join the channel and watch the conference,but only committee members can speak.

Not everyone can be part of The CIT Committee. There’slimited amount of slots for every section. Totally there are 13 slots whichconsist of 4 criminal representatives, 4 law representatives, 4 staffrepresentatives ( L1+ ) and 1 QA representative. People from Honorables,Development Team and Major Contributors will also participate in the CITcommittee. However they don't have to get voted in order to get in the committee. Each section has itsrepresentatives that will vote for the good of the specific section, but aboveall they must vote for the good of the server. The committee has no power, butthe decisions they make will most likely be carried out.

The CIT Committee however has no vice members. Thatmeans if a committee member can’t participate in the next conference / meeting,there won’t be anyone ready to replace him. The section he represents will thenhave one less voice.
